Brigantine NJ and the South Jersey Shore get hit with the an early Blizzard in 2010
Stuck in the house with no access the local roads. Brigantine NJ was buried with 20 inches of snow!! This storm storm started on Christmas evening but did not intensify into a full blown Nor’easter until December 27, 2010. This storm intensified with winds gusting over 35mph up to 50 mph at times. The snow was coming down in pretty heavy with accumulations of 1 to 2 inches per hour in the yesterday afternoon into the evening hours.
