These frigid temperatures can cause your pipes to freeze and burst if your heat is not on. Please remember to keep your heat on to protect your shore home. We recommend to set your thermostat at around 60 degrees.

EHT - New Project could creat new jobs in the area

Next Generation Aviation Research park has been announced. Groundbreaking for this park will start in early spring and will bring thousand of jobs in the area. This FAA location has 58 acres that will be developed and offices of companies with contracts with the FAA. These companies will develop the Next Generation of Air Traffic Control that will move from a radar based to a satellite system.
This expansion and growth will create new jobs and increase the demand for housing in the EHT and surrounding Atlantic County areas.
